One-to-one guidance for your spiritual path
Personalised guidance for your spiritual path
I work one-to-one with people at all points on the spiritual path, from those just beginning to explore meditation, spirituality or questions about themselves and the nature of life, to those navigating profound awakening experiences and the challenges that can follow.
You might be struggling to establish a regular practice, questioning your direction, experiencing increased sensitivity or empathy, going through a Dark Night of the Soul, or trying to make sense of Kundalini, mystical or non-dual experiences.
My approach brings together psychology, transpersonal psychology, mindfulness and more than thirty years of spiritual practice. I offer a grounded perspective on experiences and questions that can sometimes be difficult to understand or explain to other people.
Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom.
-Aristotle
The spiritual path is a long, winding path that can take us from the depths of despair to the heady heights of transcendence. Along the way, we are transformed, repeatedly shedding the old and evolving into a newer version of ourselves, with new values, beliefs and identity. We find ourselves trying to grasp and understand our awakening experiences, our journey, our transformation, and our new selves.
For many, there is no guidance, no map, and no structure. Oftentimes, we don’t even have the vocabulary to describe what we’re experiencing. Unaware that there are spiritual concepts, stages, and practices to support us through our latest evolutionary step, we find ourselves alone, wondering what it’s all about, desperately searching the internet for clarity, answers and solutions.
For some, the spiritual journey is frustratingly long. It’s easy to feel stuck, frustrated, impatient, and uncertain. Wondering if enlightenment or spiritual awakening really is attainable or whether our efforts are in vain. Wondering whether we’re wasting our time or missing something essential.
We notice that we no longer fit in our old lives; we’re becoming more sensitive; life has taken on a deeper meaning; and yet we’re still very much stuck in our egoic dramas despite being desperate to be rid of them.
Even when you do have glimpses of awakening - moments of oneness, insight, or profound connection, it can be difficult to reconcile that experience with the everyday pull of the egoic self. How do you navigate that deep desire to rid yourself of ego? How do you make meaning from Maya? How do you integrate what you have glimpsed into your daily life? How do you turn fleeting insights into lasting transformation? How do you balance the relative and the absolute and live in harmony?
And when awakening comes as a full-blown ego dissolution, where we transcend time and space, experience ultimate reality and bathe in blissful union, how do we live our lives back in the relative world? When the experience rewires our brains, and we are no longer the same person as before, when the relative feels meaningless, and the divine feels distant, how do we find meaning again?
For some, transformation flows with joyous adventure. For others, it can be more challenging, shattering our conceptual frameworks, overwhelming us with spiritual energy, resulting in a spiritual crisis like kundalini awakening or beckoning a void ushered in by the Dark Night of the Soul.
We think that enlightenment is the end of the path, only to discover it’s the beginning of real integration, transformation, and authentically living in truth. We replace a deep spiritual search with a journey of transformation in transcending the ego without bypassing it, orienting ourselves towards truth and oneness, and living in the physical realm, knowing we are so much more.
The spiritual path can be tricky and challenging. It can feel long, lonely, and sometimes unfruitful. It can also feel heady, out there and ungrounded. While our paths are unique, we spiritual seekers share many of the same challenges.
A note: this work complements but doesn't replace medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic care. If you're in acute distress, please make sure you have appropriate clinical support alongside anything you do here.
Guidance that honours both the psychological and spiritual dimensions of life can make a profound difference.
I help seekers prepare for profound spiritual experiences so that awakening is both joyous and transformational. Together, we explore practices and deep inner work that allow you to meet your experiences with confidence, stay present, and avoid the trap of spiritual bypassing.
For those who have already had profound spiritual awakenings, I help navigate the tension between the ego and the awakened self, integrate mystical experiences, find meaning in the physical world, and transform fleeting insights into lasting personal and spiritual growth. Using practical tools, reflective practices, and psychological understanding, all grounded in real-world experience, we support your evolution.
And if you are going through a Kundalini awakening, spiritual crisis or Dark Night of the Soul, know that you are not alone. I help spiritual seekers navigate these challenging transformations with greater clarity, understanding, and purpose.
To be clear, my services are not a replacement for clinical or medical care.
I also do not provide airy-fairy “feel-good” spiritual advice. I offer personalised guidance, grounded in academic study and lived experience that honours both your psychology and your spirituality. You’ll learn to navigate the pull of the ego, deepen your connection to your true self, and turn fleeting awakenings into lasting transformation.
If you are ready to bring the extraordinary into your everyday life, this is where your work begins.
I bring over thirty years of dedicated spiritual practice alongside academic studies in psychology and transpersonal psychology. My BSc in Psychology and MSc in Consciousness, Spirituality, and Transpersonal Psychology give me a deep understanding of the interplay between mind, body, and spirit.
On my own journey, I’ve immersed myself in both psychological self-work and spiritual practice, experienced fleeting and extended mystical non-dual states, and witnessed the inevitable pull of the ego as it returned. These insights shape the guidance I offer, helping you recognise, navigate, and integrate your extraordinary experiences with clarity and authenticity.
By combining experiential knowledge with evidence-based methods, I support you in turning awakening into a lived, balanced reality, one that honours both the psychological and spiritual dimensions of your growth.
If you feel called to explore your inner landscape, deepen your understanding of yourself, or integrate profound experiences into your everyday life, I offer one-on-one guidance. You can also engage with my courses, workshops, and written content, each designed to support you on your unique path.
