Bridging Psychology and Spirituality
on the Path of Awakening
EXPLORE YOUR INNER WORLD AND AWAKEN TO THE TRANSCENDENT
Hello, I’m
I’ve spent more than thirty years exploring the balance between deep inner work and transcendent states of consciousness. My spiritual path has led me through yoga ashrams, meditation retreats, psychic and mediumship schools and spiritual development circles.
At the same time, it's always been important to me to stay grounded, real, and practical. I have a passion for research and truth, which led me to explore psychology, spirituality, and consciousness itself, academically.
In 2018, I experienced a profound spiritual awakening that lasted over a year. During that time, I witnessed my egoic self dissolve and gradually re-form, offering me direct insight into how the mind veils our true nature. That experience deepened my lifelong inquiry: how do we live as both human and divine? How do we overcome the ego? And how do we integrate awakening into daily life?
For as long as I can remember, I’ve known there’s more to life than the physical world. Maybe you’ve felt it too, that subtle knowing that something vast and timeless exists beyond ordinary experience.
My work bridges the psychological and the spiritual, helping people find understanding and peace within the mystery of awakening and transformation.
Grounded in Psychology and Research
I hold a BSc in Psychology (First Class Hons.) and an MSc in Consciousness, Spirituality, and Transpersonal Psychology (with Distinction). My research on mystical and awakening experiences was published in a peer-reviewed journal and presented at international conferences.
I’m also a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher, 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, and transpersonal psychology coach. This combination of science and spirituality allows me to translate expansive experiences into grounded, transformative practice.
Writing, Teaching & Vision
Beyond my 1:1 work, I write about psychology, spirituality, and awakening, sharing reflections and research that help bridge the gap between the extraordinary world of transcendence and everyday life. My essays appear in the Transpersonal Coaching Handbook (3rd Edition) and my research in the Consciousness, Spirituality & Transpersonal Psychology Journal.
I serve on the editorial board of the Journal of Transpersonal Coaching Psychology and am a founding member of Innatus, a nonprofit organisation dedicated to the study, integration, and awareness of drug-free non-ordinary states of consciousness.
“My mission is simple: to help others see clearly, live consciously, and walk the path of awakening with grace, clarity, and integrity.”
How I Work
I work with people who are awakening, questioning, or longing for deeper alignment with who they truly are. Some come to make sense of mystical and awakening experiences, dark nights, and spiritual crisis, while others simply want to live with more peace, authenticity, and inner freedom.
My role is to offer a compassionate, safe space where psychological understanding meets spiritual insight; where the ego isn’t an enemy to overcome, but a doorway to awareness. I don’t diagnose or treat; I guide, reflect, and help you integrate. Together, we explore what it means to see through the layers of what you are not, so you can rest more deeply in what you truly are.
What Clients Say
Behind the Scenes
I live in the foothills of the Alps, on the Côte d’Azur in France, with my husband of over 20 years and our three cats. When I’m not working with clients or writing, you’ll find me on the pickleball court or out in nature, where I feel closest to the stillness behind all things.
If you’re navigating a time of spiritual opening, deep inner change, or simply seeking to understand yourself more deeply, you’re in the right place.
Welcome — transformation and inner peace are your birthright.
