I offer 1:1 sessions for people navigating spiritual awakening, existential transition, and mystical or non-ordinary experiences that don’t always fit conventional psychological or spiritual frameworks.
This work is for those who are not looking for quick fixes, techniques, or surface-level guidance, but for depth, clarity, integration, and honest orientation in their inner life.
My approach bridges transpersonal psychology, consciousness studies, and lived spiritual experience, supporting you to stay grounded while engaging deeply with what is unfolding.

This work is not a substitute for clinical mental health treatment. If you are currently in acute psychological distress or experiencing severe mental health symptoms, appropriate clinical support is recommended.
My Approach
I work slowly, relationally, and with care. Sessions are not scripted or technique-driven, but are guided by presence, attunement, and what is most alive for you in the moment.
Rather than trying to “fix” or bypass your experience, we work toward coherence, meaning, and integration, so that insights can be lived rather than simply understood.
This is a space where spiritual experiences are met with psychological maturity, and psychological material is held within a wider context of consciousness and awareness.
About Your Guide
I hold a BSc in Psychology (First Class Hons.) and an MSc in Consciousness, Spirituality, and Transpersonal Psychology (with Distinction). My research on measuring mystical experiences has been published in a peer-reviewed journal, and I have presented it at conferences.
My approach is also shaped by long-term embodied training. I am a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher and a 500-hour registered yoga teacher, with a focus on careful inquiry, nervous-system awareness, and the grounded integration of contemplative practice.
Alongside formal training, I bring over three decades of engagement with mind–body–spirit inquiry, including lived experience of prolonged non-dual and mystical states, as well as the challenges of integrating such experiences into ordinary life.
My work is informed by psychology, contemplative traditions, and direct experience, and grounded in practicality, discernment, and respect for the complexity of inner life.
Session Flow
Each session unfolds organically, guided by presence and intuition. Depending on what feels most relevant, we may include:
grounding and coherence practices to settle into awareness
reflective dialogue or meditative guidance
transpersonal tools for clarity, healing, and integration
gentle exploration of spiritual or awakening themes
conversation that invites deeper self-understanding

Duration: 60 minutes
Investment: $140 per session
Packages available for those wishing to work more deeply:
6 sessions: $720 ($120 per session)
10 sessions: $1,000 ($100 per session)
Platform: Online via WhatsApp video
Preparation: Please choose a quiet, private space with a stable connection
Timing: Sessions may occasionally run slightly over. Please allow some flexibility
